We are Hiring for Leading Clinical Research Organisation

Profile- Sr. Associate / Associate Lead - Marketing

Experience- 4-7 yrs

CTC Offered- 12-15 LPA

Location- Chennai ( Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities

1. Presentation Development & Sales Enablement

• Create, redesign, and refine PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, executive meetings, conferences, webinars, and business requirements.
• Recreate slides from screenshots, PDFs, AI-generated presentations, and other non-editable formats into fully editable PowerPoint presentations.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources into clear, visually compelling and professionally structured presentations.
• Ensure consistency in fonts, spacing, alignment, formatting, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Develop presentations, fact sheets, case studies, brochures, and other sales enablement materials.

2. Marketing Content & Asset Development

• Develop, update, and maintain marketing collateral and sales enablement content.
• Work with internal subject matter experts to convert technical, scientific, operational, and business information into effective marketing content.
• Ensure high standards of grammar, spelling, punctuation, terminology, and professional business communication.
• Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, templates, presentations, images, and approved content.

3. Marketing Program & Project Execution

• Support global marketing initiatives including webinars, thought leadership, PR, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, action trackers, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate inputs, reviews, approvals, and deliverables across internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Track deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables.

4. Events & Conference Support

• Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
• Coordinate presentations, collateral, signage, speaker materials, branded merchandise, vendors, and other event requirements.
• Manage event timelines and pre- and post-event marketing activities.

5. Marketing Operations

• Manage day-to-day marketing coordination and project-related activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, asset inventories, and other marketing resources.
• Coordinate with vendors and support purchase orders, invoices, budgets, contracts, and sponsorship activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize marketing processes.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and presentation design ( Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint Mandatory )
• Able to create pixel-precise, professional and client-ready presentations
• Comfortable working with screenshots, PDFs, AI-generated content, and rough source material
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong quality-control mindset
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Strong in written English, preferably with experience working with U.S./global stakeholders
• Comfortable working across India and U.S. East Coast business hours
