Sr Assistant - FPI / AIF

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Accounting under Tally/ Miles/ orother software for FPI, AIF, funds etc
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly taxcomputation for FPI, AIF funds
• Preparation of daily/monthly NAV
• Responsible forpreparing remittance certificates as per provisions of the Income tax Act in atime bound manner (understanding taxation of capital gains and interest incomeof FPIs).
• Assistance inpreparing tax returns, withholding tax returns etc
• Assisting inpreparing submissions for filing with Income-tax authorities during assessment/ appellate / other proceedings.
• Coordination with theclient, if required.
• Administrationmatters including documentation, maintaining of log for billing, etc.
