JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Accounting under Tally/ Miles/ orother software for FPI, AIF, funds etc
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly taxcomputation for FPI, AIF funds
Preparation of daily/monthly NAV
Responsible forpreparing remittance certificates as per provisions of the Income tax Act in atime bound manner (understanding taxation of capital gains and interest incomeof FPIs).
Assistance inpreparing tax returns, withholding tax returns etc
Assisting inpreparing submissions for filing with Income-tax authorities during assessment/ appellate / other proceedings.
Coordination with theclient, if required.
Administrationmatters including documentation, maintaining of log for billing, etc.
