Sr. Art Director

Job Description :

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree Qualification in BFA (Bachelor in Fine Arts), Applied Arts, Design, NID or equivalent
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in creative visualisation / advertising / digital agency

• Conceptualise and develop strong visual ideas across digital, print and social platforms.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual directions and mood boards.
• Create campaign key visuals, social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations and brand assets.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, video editors and 3D/CGI teams to bring concepts to life.
• Visualise storytelling ideas for ads, product launches and brand campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Work on layout design, typography, colour palettes and overall visual aesthetics.
• Assist in art direction during shoots (photography / video / CGI).
• Ensure all creatives meet quality standards and project timelines.
