Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. AR Caller to join our healthcare team in Chennai (Near Egmore). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims, and working closely with insurance companies to resolve payment issues.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve accounts receivable for healthcare claims.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding payments.
Analyze and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) to ensure accurate billing and collections.
Maintain accurate documentation of all communication and follow-up actions taken on accounts.
Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
Meet or exceed monthly collection goals and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing in the US healthcare sector.
Experience in Recon and identifying revenue leakage
Payment and underpayment analysis
Strong understanding of US healthcare billing processes and insurance verification.
Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Will be matched according to previous salary and experience

Work Location: Near Egmore, Chennai.

Shift timings : 7.00pm - 3.45am / 8.00pm - 4.45am
