Sr. AR Associate

We are looking for experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge of the Medical Billing Accounts Receivable-(AR) process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to meet targets, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Perform follow-up calls with insurance companies to resolve outstanding AR claims.
• Analyze and review unpaid or denied claims and take necessary action for resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and claim status updates.
• Meet individual performance goals while contributing to team targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient data confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to achieve operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Medical Billing AR profile only.
• Strong technical skills in relevant computer applications; good typing speed and MS Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills with strong command of the English language.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be willing to work night shifts (US shifts) and from office.
