Your new role
- Build, test, and deploy fraud rules in SIT environments to support project delivery.
- Validate fraud decision engine data, outputs, and new data point implementation.
- Investigate issues using OpenSearch and Splunk, and support SIT testing and troubleshooting.
- Review suspected fraud cases and manage referrals to Group Investigations.
- Contribute to fraud and scam prevention strategies through rule optimization and data-driven insights.
- Drive improvements in detection accuracy, loss prevention, and customer outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
What will you bring
- Over 7 years in Fraud Operations and related domain
- Over 1 year experience in analytics or reporting functions
- Proven exposure and interest in database analysis, reporting and application programming (including, but not limited to PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Splunk, Python, R, Java).
- Should be comfortable working in 24x7 environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- SQL coding, python coding fraud rules.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
