About this role
The Travel Desk Visa Processing Executive is responsible for handling employee travel arrangements and end-to-end visa processing. This role supports employees with travel bookings, visa documentation, and coordination with travel vendors and immigration consultants, while ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange domestic and international travel for employees
- Book flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and local transportation
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for best options
- Share travel itineraries and travel-related information with employees
- Handle last-minute travel changes and cancellations
- Support employees with travel-related queries and issues
- Maintain travel records and cost details
Required Skills Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in travel desk and visa processing roles
- Basic knowledge of visa procedures (US, UK, Schengen, GCC, etc., as applicable)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple requests and work under deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and record keeping
