We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Analyst - Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our organizational goals. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the Re-insurance industry.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in Re-insurance industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Bulk hiring recruitment, preferably within the insurance, financial services
- Strong understanding of sourcing Techniques and also Market mapping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions effectively.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
