About this role
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Support the DevOps platform and ensure its stability and reliability.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve build and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with Development, BA/PM, and TechOps teams to promote effective use of DevOps tools and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
- Drive automation, process efficiency, and tool optimization to improve performance and deliver measurable KPIs.
- Maintain documentation for DevOps tools, including POCs, implementations, and automation processes, as part of SOPs to support knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in setting up, implementing, and troubleshooting DevOps tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with build tools such as Maven, Python, NPM, Docker, and related technologies.
- Practical experience in setting up and configuring GitHub Actions, workflows, and runners for Java, . NET, and Python applications to implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in setting up, implementing, and troubleshooting containerized applications using Kubernetes and Tanzu.
- Experience in setting up, managing, implementing, and troubleshooting artifact repository managers such as Sonatype Nexus and JFrog.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shell and Python scripting.
- Basic programming skills in Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Good understanding of Oracle and PostgreSQL database setup and usage.
