Sr Analyst - Service Quality

Responsibilities

• Testing Account Reconciliations including Cash Bank, Prepaid, Accruals, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.
• Communicating testing queries to stakeholders.
• Perform monthly quarterly reporting activities based on the testing performed.
• Following up of Open items ensuring timely resolution, including timely communication with stakeholders
• Ensuring high accuracy in the process
• Being adaptive with Company Policies Guidance Notes

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
