Sr Analyst - Risk & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Capture and document anti-money laundering (AML) case management requirements at an enterprise level.
• Liaise between business, technology, and vendors to convey and interpret requirements; analyze and evaluate data needed to meet the requirements.
• Ensure AML-related activities are performed timely, issues are addressed appropriately, and escalated as required.
• Identify and coordinate the implementation of process improvements relating to KYC, transaction monitoring and AML investigations.
• Work as a fully contributed team member under broad supervision.
• Further build up on domain expertise along with technical skills.
• Work on complex projects which are not similar or routine based using standard concepts and principles using their knowledge and judgement.
• They require a professional degree along with many years of work experience and are responsible for coaching/mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
