About this role
- Plan and design B2B CSAT projects — define scope with client, build questionnaire, decide analysis approach (breaks/banners)
- Manage project execution end-to-end — timelines, quality, cost discipline, profitability
- Own client interaction — status reporting, expectation setting, issue resolution
- Lead report writing and presentations — translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Track and follow up on billing and collections for assigned projects
- Spot project risks early and drive corrective action
- Manage and mentor junior team members — allocate work, review output, give feedback.
- Hold accountability for project bottom-line (revenue, cost, margin)
- End to end Primary research experience is mandatory (Design, Administration & Analysis)
- Strong in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint (Minimum intermediate level if not advanced)
- Experience in carrying out stakeholder engagement studies (CSAT, ESAT, DSAT) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and quantitative/qualitative research skills
- Effective communication and storytelling — ability to simplify data for client audiences
- Business understanding — sees client's larger business context, not just project scope
- Customer management — handles difficult clients situations, builds long-term relationships
- Team management and mentoring (basic level — delegation, follow-up, feedback)
- Stakeholder management — comfortable with ambiguity and change
