Sr Analyst, Procurement Indirect Systems

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify process improvements and implement changes using Coupa software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy new processes or enhancements to existing ones.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Coupa system functionality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Coupa system performance, data integrity, and user access.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Procurement, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or related business operations professional within a global environment.

• Hands-on experience with Coupa, Ariba, or similar Source-to-Pay/Procurement platforms.

• Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and solution delivery.

• Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, purchasing operations, supplier management, and process improvement initiatives.

• Proven project coordination and stakeholder engagement experience in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; experience with SAP, Oracle, JDE, or other ERP systems is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and changing business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or a related field.
