Sr Analyst III Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work effectively in a dynamic fast paced team environment.
• Align solutions within the overall IT strategy.
• Produce and participate in the technical design review process to ensure high quality technical designs.
• Ability to work in a technical lead role.
• Identify and deliver best practices, re-useable components and process optimization.
• Good understanding of Case Management. Creation of enterprise class structure that is scalable and extensible
• Good understanding of Pega design principles and services oriented architecture
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues with non Pega applications and databases

Requirements

• Experience in Pega v7.x or above
• Should be a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Excellent knowledge working on BPM (Business Process Management)
• Strong understanding of Pega Implementation Methodology
• Hands-on experience in developing various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and correspondence templates
• Very Good experience in Pega integration with web services, JMS Listener, emails, Message Queues.
• Performance tuning, optimization and monitoring of PRPC implementations

Desirable

• Technical experience in the following technologies:
• Java/J2EE
• Oracle DB, IBM DB2
• Certification of Lead System Architect (LSA) a plus
• Version upgrade knowledge is desirable
