Sr Analyst III Infrastructure Services

Responsibilities

• Setup and Configuration: Install and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms devices, including cameras, microphones, speakers, touch controls / panels and displays. Also includes space management platforms for rooms reservations etc.
• Policy Management: Implement and manage policies for Teams Rooms devices to ensure compliance with company standards.
• System Updates: Regularly update Teams Rooms devices with the latest software and security patches.
• Troubleshooting: Provide remote support to resolve any technical issues with Teams Rooms devices, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors as needed.
• Room Management: Monitor the health and usage of Teams Rooms, performing regular checks and maintenance routines.
• User Support: Assist users with the operation of Teams Rooms equipment and provide user training when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT and facilities teams to improve the Teams Rooms experience for all users.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of device configurations, updates, and support activities.
