Sr Analyst III Business Process Solutions

Job Description: Training, E-Learning, & Management Support We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-curious individual to support internal teams by improving processes, managing data, and assisting with learning initiatives using Microsoft 365 and other business tools. The technology landscape is evolving, so a willingness to learn new tools and apply them to everyday work is an important part of this role. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to support project goals and deliver quality work Build and maintain basic solutions using available business tools, such as forms, workflows, lists, and simple automations Manage SharePoint lists, document libraries, and structured data Assist with process improvements and basic workflow automation Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools Contribute to the development of training documentation, curricula, and learning materials. Help track and report on training and operational metrics Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed Document processes, solutions, and support information to help with knowledge sharing Explore and become familiar with new tools and technologies as they are introduced Mindset & Working Style Brings a strong learning mindset and curiosity about new tools, processes, and technologies Confident tackling unfamiliar situations and applying structured, logical thinking to work through challenges Demonstrates developing analytical and problem-solving skills Self-driven learner with the confidence to troubleshoot basic issues and ask the right questions when something is unclear Comfortable receiving direction and feedback while gradually taking on more independent work Qualifications Required 1–3 years of work experience in a related role Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.) Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms Strong organization, problem-solving, and written communication skills Proficiency in using AI tools and other emerging technologies within a professional environment Ability to learn new tools and apply them to assigned tasks Preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, or similar technologies Experience documenting procedures or supporting training programs Background in supporting or maintaining business reports or dashboards
