About this role
- The key objective of the role is to review, verify transactions, payments, queries, and maintain databases, review of relevant statutory deductions and reconciliations.
- Manage process related transactions and contribute towards improving accuracy and efficiency
- Manage process related queries;
- Escalate and resolve process related issues to the onshore team in a timely manner
- Analyse and measure the cases processed and report ways to improve accuracy;
- Identify any change in the process, conduct impact assessment and document the information;
- Identify gaps in the process and implement improvements plans;
- Liaise with trainers for transition and prepare process manuals;
- Ensure the achievement and maintenance of competence as required by the company s training and competence (TC) scheme;
