Sr. Analyst - Accounting & Controlling

We are looking for a CA-qualified Finance professional to join our Accounting & Controlling team. In this role, you will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for India-based entities, including manufacturing plants. You will partner with local and global stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, strong governance, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
• Partner with business, operations, and global finance teams on reporting and analysis.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Handle plant accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing-related finance processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
• 6+ years of experience in Accounting, Controllership, Financial Reporting, or R2R.
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS/IFRS, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Experience supporting India legal entities and manufacturing operations preferred.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational organizations.
• Exposure to SOX, ICFR, statutory reporting, and compliance frameworks.
