Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in building scalable AI solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions from problem definition to production deployment
• Architect scalable and efficient ML pipelines and data workflows
• Design and implement advanced models (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, etc.)
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in ML development
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production
• Drive adoption of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, model governance)
• Conduct research and apply cutting-edge techniques in AI/ML
• Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 7–10 years of professional experience in AI/ML development
• Strong expertise in

Python and ML frameworks:

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Deep understanding of:
• Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
• Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
• Hands-on experience in productionizing ML models at scale
• Strong experience with:
• Data engineering (SQL, ETL pipelines)
• Big data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with cloud platforms:
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Proficiency in building APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Flask)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration:
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face
• Experience in real-time ML systems and streaming data (Kafka)
• Prior experience in leading teams or technical projects
• Publications or contributions in AI/ML research (optional but valued)
