Sr.AI/ML Developer / Lead /Architect _ Hyderabad @ F2F Must _ 26-Sep

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), agentic AI, and

ML algorithms.

• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions for clients, including hands-on experience in

deploying models into production.

• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI

APIs, and other ML libraries.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
