Senior AI Architect

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida / Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-level architecture for Conversational AI experiences.
• Define how user intents, workflows, tools, APIs, and backend systems interact.
• Guide the use of LangGraph or similar orchestration patterns.
• Define tool/API integration approach using MCP or structured contracts.
• Establish observability requirements for LLM calls, tool calls, latency, cost, failures, and quality.
• Ensure privacy, security, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
• Support technical decision-making across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud teams.
• Work with product, engineering, SRE, QA, and security teams.

Required Skills

• Experience with AI/ML, Conversational AI, or LLM-based products.
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph or similar Agentic AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts such as intent routing, state, tool calling, fallback, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry.
• Understanding of backend APIs, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Handson experience or strong understanding of LLM Observability.
• Good understanding of observability, monitoring, and logging for AI systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MCP/tool integration experience.
• Vector search exposure.
• Experience in consumer-facing, CRM, contact center, or enterprise portal systems.
