Sr. Advance Certification Engineer

Experience: 9-15 years

Responsibilities

1. Industrial & Radio Products for Hazards location and ordinary location Certifications like IECEx, ATEx, UKCA, NEPSI, PESO for CL1 Div1, Div2 and Zone 0, 1, 2 Environments.
2. Marine certification across the globe like DNV, BV, ABS, USCG, RMRS, CCS, KR, NKK, RINA, MED
3. Experience on working with agencies like CSA, FM, UL, TUV
4. Understand the product design and its end application.
5. Understand the HW/ SW/ FW implementation and define the test scenarios.
6. Interact with engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret test for products, systems, components, or modifications

Essential Skills:

1. Experience on certifying Marine & Hazloc certifications and Standards requirements
2. Experience in writing test strategy, Test plan and Test cases for pre-compliance and compliance for Global hazards location certification, ordinary location Certification and marine certifications (IECEx, ATEx, UKCA, NEPSI, PESO for CL1 Div1, Div2, IS Zone 0, 1, 2, SIL MID, Cyber security, MID, OIML and Marine like EU RO MR, DNV, LR, BV, BV, ABS, USCG, RMRS, CCS, KR, NKK, RINA, MED)

1. Experience in writing test strategy, Test plan and Test cases for pre-compliance and compliance for Electrical, Functional, EMI EMC, Environmental requirements as per standards ,
2. Experience on using IS, Marine, EMI/EMC standards and test setup for Industrial products
3. Able to write test specs for production test.
4. Experience on Electronics and Electrical circuit designs with u controller/Processor and I/O.
5. Experience on Analog and Digital Electronics/Sensors working principle

6. Experience on product development process.

Preferred Skills:

1. Wireless product certification like PTCRB, Verizon, BELL AT &T, FCC, IC
2. Strong Analytical and reasoning skills
3. Demonstration of usage of six sigma tools in projects (Six sigma with Green belt certification)
4. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
5. Able to work independently owning the project tasks
6. Able to work with global partners and cross functional stake holders.
