Sr. Admission Coordinator

Mindseed is a leading education organization dedicated to transforming the learning experience for children through innovation, research-driven teaching methodologies, and a child-centric approach.

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Admissions Coordinator to manage inbound parent leads and drive school visit conversions. The role involves connecting with parents, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, pitching the school effectively, scheduling visits and ensuring consistent follow-ups until closure.

Key Skills:
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi
• Strong calling, probing and parent engagement skills
• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to influence and convert
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills
• Experience with CRM and maintaining accurate lead data
• Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused
• Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, admissions, counselling or education sales preferred.
