About this role
- Process PO, Non-PO, utility, and recurring invoices accurately and within SLA.
- Manage supplier payment runs and ensure timely, accurate payments.
- Handle invoice and payment exceptions, queries, and escalations.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations/bank reconciliations and support month-end activities.
- Follow AP controls, approval workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor aging, backlog, payment schedules, and processing quality.
- Liaise with vendors, business stakeholders, and finance teams to resolve issues.
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and SOP adherence.
- Maintain AP KPIs and ensure high service delivery standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in both Invoice Processing and Payment Processing.
- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, AP controls, and compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Yardi, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar.
- Shared Services/BPM experience preferred.
