About this role
JD : Accounting and Bookkeeping:
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts.
Initiate month-end and year-end closing activities, including provisions,
accruals, and reconciliations.
Maintain fixed asset register and process depreciation entries.
Banks Reconciliation.
Statutory Compliance:
Prepare workings for GST returns as applicable, including 2-Breconciliation.
Ensure all the transactions pass through the TDS compliance, as applicable.
Prepare workings for TDS for every month initiate the quarterly filings.
Support audits due diligence activities, as applicable.
Finance executions:
Ensure timely payments payment tracker gets updated on regular basis.
Follow-up with Sales other concerned teams for collections.
Coordinate with Sales team for documents for LC, BG, tender deposits,etc.
Ensure documentation of all invoices bills in coordination with the Team Lead.
Supportive to ad-hoc new activities.
