Sr . Accountant

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Prepare and maintain financial records and accounting statements. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, payment entries, receipts, and journal entries. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses and transactions. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams when required. Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• B.Com/M.Com equivalent qualification.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
