- Receiving, Recording and processing Purchase Orders to Proforma Invoices as per agreed terms & staying in coordination with clients for further
- Preparation on Invoicing, Warehouse coordination for dispatch along with E-way bill & invoice material checklists
- Documentation for invoice processing with every major and Govt client
- Supervising local procurements & approvals
- Supervising stock management with warehouse team
- Quarterly physical scrutiny of stock
- TDS Record, Calculation,Filling return under supervision
- Good Knowledge of Tally Prime - Sale , Purchase, Voucher Entries , Ledger Creation & Bank Settlements
