Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts with strong knowledge of GST, taxation and accounting. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, reconciliations, finalization of accounts and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Handle GST reconciliation, ITC and vendor-related GST issues.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage TDS calculations, payments and returns.
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing and finalization of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience in GST Returns & GST Reconciliation
• Good knowledge of TDS and statutory compliances
• Strong accounting and finalization knowledge
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• SAP / ERP experience preferred
• Good analytical and communication skills

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates from the Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.

Notice Period

Immediate Joiners / Candidates with a short notice period will be strongly preferred.
