URGENT HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER ACCOUNTS

Job Location: Pune –Manjri
Experience: 6–10 Years
Qualification: CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com (CA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting activities for real estate projects.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS and management reports.
• Reconcile bank, ledger, vendor and customer accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances and timely filing of returns.
• Strong knowledge of taxation and tax compliance is mandatory.
• Support finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
• Manage project-wise accounting, cost allocation and budgeting.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts team.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting
Strong knowledge of Taxation, GST & TDS – Mandatory
Experience in Finalization of Accounts & Statutory Compliance
Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP or accounting software
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Strong analytical, communication and team management skills
Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred

Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in Real Estate / Construction.
• Strong understanding of Project Accounting, Taxation & Financial Controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Immediate Joiners are strongly preferred.
• Candidates serving notice period should be available to join immediately / at very short notice.
