- Design and develop scalable, high-quality learning content and experiences for Cognite Academy.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning materials, labs, assessments, and hands-on experiences.
- Build and maintain content standards, templates, reusable frameworks, and quality guidelines.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve content development, localization, assessment creation, and quality assurance.
- Own and optimize the Skilljar learning platform, including course publishing, learning paths, configurations, reporting, and automation.
- Partner with technical SMEs, Product, Engineering, and Academy teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with learner needs.
- Analyze learner and platform data to improve content effectiveness, engagement, completion, and certification outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of content, learning experiences, and Academy platform capabilities.
The Impact you bring to Cognite
8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, technical training, customer
education, or enterprise learning.

Proven experience designing complex technical learning programs for enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cloud
