Squad Lead / Delivery Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Squad Lead / Delivery Lead to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading squads and delivering projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Lead and manage a squad of developers to deliver high-quality software products.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.


• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.


• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.


• Mentor and coach junior team members to improve their skills and performance.


• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.

• Proven experience as a Squad Lead or Delivery Lead in an agile environment.


• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.


• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
