SQL Developer to join our Information Technology team to drive the implementation, optimization, and operational stability of our relational database platforms. In this role, you will be the central technical force handling logical and physical data modeling, developing highly optimized stored procedures, and managing core database procedures across multiple environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to debug critical production issues, manage system upgrades, and help build a standardized delivery platform across multiple brands. If you have a strong proficiency with SQL Server, a passion for database profiling, and a knack for troubleshooting complex database challenges, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling & Database Development: Perform logical and physical data modeling while assessing core business rules. Write advanced SQL queries and develop highly optimized stored procedures to solve complex problems.
• Platform Implementation & Standardization: Implement and maintain robust databases within Microsoft SQL Server 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2022 environments. Assist in creating a standardized delivery platform to deliver solutions across multiple brands with minimal duplication.
• Database Operations & Lifecycle Management: Handle common but critical database procedures, including system upgrades, comprehensive backups, data recovery, and complex database migrations.
• Performance Tuning & Resource Optimization: Profile server resource usage using dedicated tools. Monitor, analyze, and tweak database performance, ensuring large and complicated SQL statements are fully optimized.
• Production Support & Outage Resolution: Monitor, troubleshoot, trend, and analyze data problems in the production environment. Debug and resolve urgent outages alongside ongoing performance and scalability needs.
• Infrastructure & Capacity Planning: Configure popular database engines and orchestrate database clusters as necessary. Plan resource and infrastructure requirements based on high-level specifications.
• Collaboration & Project Coordination: Collaborate actively with team members, stakeholders, and internal delivery units. Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of upcoming development tasks and support requests while advancing the team's design methodology. What We Are Looking For:

Technical Expertise & Database Proficiency:

• Experience: 3 years and above of professional experience in database development and SQL engineering.
• SQL Mastery: Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases, with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Relational Database Knowledge: Deep understanding of best practices when dealing with modern relational databases, stored procedures, joins, and relational development projects.
• Performance Diagnostics: Proven capability troubleshooting common database issues and utilizing profiling tools to monitor server resource usage and optimize it.

Operational & Collaborative Excellence:

• Strong collaborative skills to seamlessly integrate software solutions and work alongside cross-functional tech stakeholders.
• Ability to translate high-level specifications into clear resource plans and architecture designs.
• A proactive approach to troubleshooting under pressure, including managing urgent database outages and scalability demands.

Minimum Education & Qualifications:

• B.E / M.Tech, B.Sc in Computer Science, B.Sc IT, BCA, or MCA.
• Professionally qualified and experienced specialist mindset.
