Job Summary

The primary focus of this role is core SQL development and database engineering. While many past candidates were heavily skewed towards visualization/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau), the core day-to-day requirements center around robust SQL query writing, database logic, and domain knowledge in Sales/Finance data.

Technical Candidate Qualification

• Core Technical (SQL) Must-have (Primary): Must be able to write complex SQL queries, Joins, and Window Functions (ROW_NUMBER, DENSE_RANK, RANK) hands-on without relying purely on AI tools.
• Domain Expertise Must-have: Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Domain, or Finance Domain data.
• Spreadsheet Skills Must-have: Advanced Excel skills for data verification and quick analysis.
• Experience Budget: Flexible (3-7 Years). Standard target: 3 to 5/7 years. Budget is slightly flexible for exceptional candidates with strong technical competency.
