Job Title: SQL Server Database Administrator (SQL Server DBA)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5+

Skills: Microsoft SQL Server 2016, L3 Support

Interview: Face-to-face

Employment Type: Full Time with NAM Info Pvt Ltd (Payroll) Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage and support SQL Server databases across Production and Non-Production environments. • Experience with database migrations to Azure is optional.

Required Skills : • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA in Production environments. • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019/2022. • Experience in Installation, Configuration, Patching, Upgrades, and Maintenance of SQL Server databases. • Expertise in Backup & Recovery, Database Restore, and Disaster Recovery processes. • Strong knowledge of Always On Availability Groups, Replication, Log Shipping, and Failover Clustering. • Hands-on experience in Database Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, and Index Management. • Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and database migration activities. • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to support production environments and participate in on-call rotations.
