Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Spotfire Administrator with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in administering, configuring, monitoring, and supporting TIBCO Spotfire environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing Spotfire infrastructure, user access, deployments, application availability, performance, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain TIBCO Spotfire environments.
• Manage Spotfire Server, Web Player, Automation Services, and related components.
• Configure and manage Spotfire libraries, data sources, connections, and access permissions.
• Create and manage users, groups, roles, and security policies.
• Monitor Spotfire application health, performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot Spotfire Server, Web Player, data connection, and authentication issues.
• Manage deployment of Spotfire analyses, dashboards, configurations, and packages across environments.
• Support Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Perform Spotfire upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.
• Configure authentication and integration with enterprise identity systems such as LDAP/Active Directory.
• Monitor application logs and identify root causes of performance and availability issues.
• Work with database, infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to resolve incidents.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery activities where required.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Support production incidents and participate in change and release management activities.
