Spot Bidding Associate || FTL Supply

Role : The Spot Bidding Team is responsible for managing and growing the Spot business within the FTL division by ensuring competitive pricing, high enquiry coverage, strong conversion, and

healthy margins.

Location - Gurgaon

Working Days - 6, 9:30AM-6:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% of Spot enquiries are quoted within the defined TAT.
• Drive better conversion and margin through competitive and data-driven bidding.
• Work closely with the Supply team to negotiate and reduce sourcing costs while

maintaining serviceability.

• Analyze historical pricing, sourcing, conversion and lane-level data to make informed

bidding decisions.

• Identify trends, pricing gaps and opportunities to improve Spot conversion and

profitability.

• Monitor enquiry outcomes and conduct RCA for lost, unquoted and low-margin

enquiries.

• Continuously identify opportunities to scale and enhance the Spot business through

better processes, pricing strategies and data-driven decision-making.
