Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Clearly explain game rules, procedures, and instructions to players.
• Monitor gameplay to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all players.
• Distribute game materials, equipment, or tokens and maintain accurate prize inventory.
• Report any technical issues, equipment malfunctions, or operational concerns to the maintenance team promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the game area.
• Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote ongoing events, games, activities, and special offers to customers.
