Role Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of high-value sponsorships, exhibition spaces, and corporate delegate packages. You will connect brands with our elite audience of founders, investors, and business leaders across our flagship summits, regional awards, and networking mixers.

Key Responsibilities
• Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for events like the Entrepreneur events
• Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify and pitch to potential corporate sponsors (Banking, Tech, Auto, Luxury, and SaaS) to secure high-ticket partnership deals.
• Custom Proposals: Create tailored brand integration packages, moving beyond standard logos to offer speaking slots, curated lounges (like the Trufrost Lounge), and digital amplification.
• Lead Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking at industry events, and leveraging LinkedIn.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors from the initial pitch to post-event ROI reporting to ensure long-term retention.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Editorial and Marketing teams to ensure sponsored content aligns with the brand's voice and event flow.
