• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Splunk platform issues.
• Support log ingestion, data onboarding, and search optimization.
• Implement and maintain operational runbooks and documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and change management standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.
