Splunk Monitoring Developer

We are looking for a skilled Splunk Monitoring Developer to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing monitoring solutions using Splunk.

• Design, develop, and deploy Splunk-based monitoring solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize monitoring needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts using Splunk's visualization capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk indexing, data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security and access control policies for sensitive data.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support of production systems.

• Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, including data modeling, search queries, and alerting.
• Experience with Splunk development tools such as scripting languages (e.g., Python) and integrations (e.g., APIs).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies like servers, storage, network, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
