Spend Analytics and Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Spend Analytics & Data Governance Specialist. You will play a critical role in supporting Clients procurement taxonomy and the Berry Spend Integration PMO. Experience with Simfoni or similar spend analytics platforms is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Validation: Perform rigorous QC of spend classifications completed by Simfoni across various business groups. Ensure high classification accuracy and strict alignment with Clients procurement taxonomy.
• Data Remediation: Review spend and master data to actively identify classification gaps, inconsistencies, and underlying data quality issues.
• PMO Collaboration: Work directly with the Berry Spend Integration PMO to support data validation, resolve integration-related issues, and ensure smooth data flows.
• Data Governance & KPI Tracking: Support spend data governance processes. Monitor and report on data quality KPIs, including classification accuracy and coverage.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Domain Expertise: Strong background in Procurement, including knowledge of categories, supplier data, spend taxonomy, sourcing, and procurement analytics.
• Core Experience: Proven track record in Spend Analytics, Data Governance, Procurement Data Management, or Master Data Management (MDM).
• Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with Simfoni (or similar spend analytics platforms) and strong proficiency in ERP data extraction, data mapping, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate transparently and effectively across PMO, Data Hub, Procurement, and vendor teams.
