Speech Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct speech therapy sessions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication, language, and social skills deficits in children.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators to provide comprehensive support services.
  
• Provide counseling services to parents and caregivers on strategies for working with their child at home.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families about treatment outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience as a Speech Therapist or related field.
  
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Child Psychology, Language Intervention techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and parent counseling.
