Role: English Speech & Audio Evaluation Specialist

Employment Type: 3-Month Contractual Role

Roles and Responsibilities

• Listen to English audio recordings and conversations and evaluate the quality of spoken English.
• Assess pronunciation, accent, fluency, clarity, tone, and naturalness of speech.
• Identify differences in speaking styles, accents, and conversational patterns.
• Evaluate how clearly and naturally English is spoken during conversations.
• Provide accurate and objective written feedback based on the evaluation guidelines.
• Follow the project guidelines and maintain consistency and quality in evaluations.
• Complete assigned tasks within the expected timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent English speaking and listening skills.
• Strong understanding of English pronunciation, accents, fluency, and speech patterns.
• Candidates with experience in US international voice processes, US voice operations, or voice and accent training will be preferred.
• Experience in voice quality assessment, language evaluation, transcription, or speech-related projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
