- Operations of spectrometer, K- Mold, RPT, DI, Chemical Analysis, Visual inspection on Daily basis.
- Samples Inspection as per control plan
- Appropriate ISO standard requirement, calibration test certificate to 3rd party records and submission
- Calibration and maintenance of all Spectro related equipment like Hardness test, DI, RPT and DE passing
- Continual improvement and Project identification in Spectro lab
- Closure of NC, an fine and standard based audit for all chemistry and heat no and melt no.
