Specification Engineer

Brief Description

The Specification Engineer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in targeted markets, supporting the sales process through accurate quantity take-offs, qualification assessments, and quote creation, and building a strong opportunity

funnel aligned with business targets. The role requires strong technical expertise in MEP systems and large building construction projects, along with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications to support commercial success.

• Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in MEP systems, large building construction, plumbing site.execution, Commercial Sinks and drinking water systems.
• Strong understanding of building materials and construction industry standards.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems; experience with AI-based platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access)
