specialist - Vendor Development Sheet Metal

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and new product development.
• Design, develop, and implement jig fixtures and tooling solutions for sheet metal manufacturing processes.
• Conduct DVP (Design Verification Process) audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Job Requirements :

• 9-14 years of experience in vendor development or related field.
• Strong understanding of NPD (New Product Development) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) methodology.
