Specialist - Vendor Development Plastics

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new products by designing, developing, and testing jigs and fixtures for plastic injection molding processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches through effective communication and project management.
• Conduct APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage DVP (Design Verification Process) projects from concept to production, ensuring compliance with PPAP requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in tool development, NPD (New Product Development), or related field.
• Strong understanding of jig fixture design principles and their application in plastic injection molding processes.
• Experience with APQP methodology, including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution implementation.
