Specialist Transfer Pricing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation reports for multinational clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Conduct thorough research on complex transfer pricing issues, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs while minimizing tax implications.
• Provide expert guidance on transfer pricing best practices, staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Job Requirements :

• 1-9 years of experience in Transfer Pricing (TP) or related field.
• Strong understanding of TP principles, including arm's length determination, comparability analysis, and economic substance.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive documentation reports according to OECD guidelines or other relevant frameworks.
