The Specialist - Talent Acquisition owns end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned COEs, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role acts as a primary SPOC for stakeholders, delivers hiring productivity within SLA, and mentors recruiters (Senior Associates Associates) while ensuring compliance and excellent candidate experience. The Specialist is also expected to support the Team Leader as and when needed, contributing to overall team success.
